If you keep the expectations low, life has a knack for delightfully surprising you.
Ramp up your expectations and no beach resort is good enough, no meal special enough, no woman charming enough.
When the waves kiss the shore each morning, the sands have a funny way of caressing them. They soak in their flavor, take on a deeper shade, keep some salt as a souvenir and once in a while, tease some seaweed away from the ocean.
Then the next wave comes along and the sands gift back some salt, pass on the sea weed to their neighbors and look up to wink at the sun to make them soft and dry again.
No bias, no hurt feelings, life simply cycles on. Balancing away.
